How to connect Oracle RDS to QuickSIght

I have created one Oracle RDS in my root account and now I am trying to connect with the Quicksight but it give me this error

database generated a SQL exception. This can be caused by query
timeouts, resource constraints, unexpected DDL alterations before or
during a query, and other database errors. Check your database settings
and your query, and try again. Give me proper solution of it.

As stated here, Oracle 12c and later versions are compatible with QuickSight as a DataSource.
