How to upgrade to professional

I’m trying to create spaces from quick home page, it is not allowing me to do so, down below there is an option to upgrade to professional and while clicking on it an error is popping up and can we create spaces without upgrading to professional?

Spaces in Quick Suite require a Pro user role (e.g., Author Pro or Reader Pro). Basic Author or Standard editions prompt an upgrade, as spaces use advanced AI/collaboration features exclusive to Enterprise Pro tiers.

To enable:

  • If Admin: Go to Manage Quick Suite → Manage Users → Select user → Upgrade to Author Pro.
  • If not: Contact your Admin for upgrade or AWS Support for Enterprise activation (include account ID)

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
