In my report - I have used image URLs from Amazon’s Internal Webpage (both hyperlinks and images). The hyperlinks are working and images are showing up on the dashboard, but when i schedule the report to to send it out over an email, images disappear and hyperlinks stop working. See the The small photo icons in the screenshot below and ‘open in phone tool’ is the hyperlink that is not working in email report

the first thought that came to mind was that it might have to do with your companies settings for your e-mailing tool (outlook etc.) many companies by default prevent images etc. shared inside the body of an e-mail from being displayed but provide a button that allows them (usually appears somewhere in the upper section). Did you check for that?
Regarding the hyperlink for the “open in phone tool” does it link to the regular web version or are you using Quicksight Mobile?

Yea it’s not the default prevent images issues, because the other images with public URL are showing up. The images that are rendered from internal URL are not showing up.

It’s been awhile since we last heard from you, are you still having problems with your initial request or were you able to find a work around? If solved, feel free to share with the community what worked for you in this instance.
If you are still running in to the same issues; I’d be interested to know…how did you set this up and what type of visual are you utilizing here?
When testing, I am able to get url’s to populate as images in a scheduled Email through using a table visual. Is that what you’re trying to use?
