I’ve got a weekly schedule set up on a report and for some reason the sheet is not showing as part of the email body text:
Hello @georgeAWS4, it seems like this might be some kind of an email permissions issue. When I receive external emails with images, I sometimes need to select a button like trust the sender or always show items from this person.
Is there something prompting you within your email to display the items that are hidden from the email?

I can’t see anything prompting me to display hidden items or anything.
The schedule is set up in the same format as usual and I haven’t had this issue with any other schedules I’ve got operating from QuickSight. This makes me think it’s something unique to the dashboard like the size of it or something…
An update here - I can view the sheet in the email body text on my phone, while it still isn’t working on my laptop/computer…
Hello @georgeAWS4, did you alter the dimensions of the sheet in your dashboard? Normally it defaults to 1600px, but maybe there could be an issue if that is updated. Changing the size in the sheet layout could be an interesting test to see if it fixes the issue.

I wanted to check in and see if this issue was still occurring for you? It’s a bit odd that it will load on your phone but not a computer, normally with bugs it seems to be the other way around. But as this seems to be a case where it’s only happening when attempting to load on your computer, this may be a bug as opposed to a limitation.
I would suggest creating a support ticket if this continues to be the case.
