Reducing email size

hello team i scheduled a tab from my dashboard to be sent regularly but the issue im facing its size of my email its almost 1MB is there a way to reduce it without it impacting resolution view of my email

Hi @ZEYAD , wlecome to the QS Community! :slight_smile:

When creating a schedule, you can uncheck the Include sheet in email body options if you want. And also use the download link option for any attachment.
This should send a very simple email with just title and description, and the size should be very small.

but that means the view email the snippet will not show you they want sheet to be shown in email without open dashboard

Summarizing, the two possibilities here are:

  1. Uncheck Include sheet in email body, to sent just notification and link to the dashboard
  2. If the dashboard (with a table as in this case) is a must in the email, than you can try to reduce the formatting (like alternate colors for the rows or similar).

There’s no possibility to further reduce manually the email dimension.
