Hello, I need to include images above 2000px in height on my dashboard. I used to be able to do this with that tab that was disabled, the “New Look” and “Switch back”. How should I proceed?

When I select to resize the image to a height above 2000px, it simply reverts automatically to 2000px. I type 3000, it sets it to 2000…

Hi @Lucas1 , I tried out a couple different scenarios but am unable to get the size any larger as well. If this is something that you were able to do in the past, I would suggest creating a support ticket . I’m unaware of any work arounds, if they are even possible.

Hi @Sanjeeb2022 , @Lucas1 , Currently, Quick Sight restricts all visual types, text boxes, and other objects to a maximum width of 1920 and a maximum height of 2000. If you try to apply a greater height, it will automatically be set to 2000. Thanks & Regards Biswajit Dash
