When you mention the Quick browser, do you mean that you are unable to login to Quick Suite or something else specifically? When are you receiving that error message in your process?
In general though, receiving an insufficient role message means that you do not have the proper IAM permissions assigned to your account. As this is a public facing forum, we would not have access to private accounts to assist with this type of scenario; so I would suggest reaching out internally to an account admin that would the ability to edit those roles.
