Issue with PDF Export When Anomaly Detection Visualization is Present in Dashboard

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue while exporting a dashboard to PDF in Amazon QuickSight.

Whenever my dashboard includes an Anomaly Detection visualization, the PDF generation fails or behaves unexpectedly. The issue does not occur when I remove the anomaly visual, and all other visual types export as expected.

This seems specific to anomaly visuals. Could you please help me understand if this is a known limitation or a bug? And if there’s a workaround or fix available?

Hi @achourey , Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further.

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
