Latest data refresh as text not insight

Hi,
I added the Latest Refresh timestamp as an insight in my dashboard

Ideally, I wanted to add that as text (the place where “Description” is mentioned). I have two questions:

1. Is it possible to add that as text and not as an insight?
2. If I go ahead with the insight, Is it possible to decrease the size of the insight so that it kind of matches the size of the “Description” text. I tried reducing the size, but it was so small that the text disappeared.

Hi,

Please add a computation column as Maximum. Add a metric and your ‘now’ field (which you added in data prep) to the insight, then add a Maximum computation new field. Finally you need to insert the Maximum.timeValue,formattedValue variable into the narrative:

Thanks for your response. I figured out the whole narrative bit. My question is, there is a lot of white space in the insight box. I do not want that. If I reduce the size of the box, the text disappears.
Is there a way to remove the white space around “Latest Refresh: …”?

It’s been awhile since we last heard from you. Are you still encountering the same issue or were you able to find a work around?
I believe this is only possible in free form layout. That provides you with additional options including the ability to change colors of your visual box.
