In Tableau, there is the manual sorting filter. This works well in case the filter is not based on A-Z/Z-A, Lowest to Highest or vice-versa.
Is it possible to do the same in QuickSight? I looked online, but the videos that I saw do not mention this functionality.

Is there anything new on this feature request? We have a use case for being able to provide a manual sort for some dimensions that carry forward to any visualization the dimension is used. Currently, we must adjust the sort in every single visualization. It would be great to be able to set the sort order once at the dimension level and have it carry to all visualizations.
