Multiple emails (from same provider) for Quick Desktop? yes or no?

I attended the Quick Desktop presentation at the AWS LA Summit/Expo on June 10, 2026, and my public question, whether Amazon Quick Desktop can connect to multiple Gmail addresses, was answered by the presenter with the statement that he personally used up to 5 (five) different Gmail email addresses.

Yet Quick itself says this: "Unfortunately, Amazon Quick currently supports one connected account per email provider. So you can have one Gmail and one Outlook connected simultaneously, but not two Gmail accounts or two Outlook accounts at the same time.

Your options:

  1. Connect a different provider — If your second email is on a different service (e.g., one Gmail + one Outlook), you can connect both.

  2. Swap accounts — Disconnect the current account and reconnect with the other one (though you’d lose access to the first)"

I would like to/need to connect 3 Gmail accounts, but I cannot get it to work. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out! I appreciate you flagging the discrepancy between what was shared at the AWS LA Summit presentation and your current experience.

I’m looking into this to get clarity on multi-Gmail account support and will follow up once I have more information.

Thanks for your patience!

Hello,

After looking into this, I can confirm that Amazon Quick Desktop currently supports only one connected account per email provider - so multiple Gmail accounts cannot be connected simultaneously.

I’m flagging this as a feature request for the Quick product team for multi-account-per-provider support.

Regards,

Hi @Hans_Strupat,

Just wanted to inform you that I will leave this post marked as a Feature Request and archive it so that the AWS Team can address this further.

Thank you!
