Need week over week metric along with the weeks data in table view

So I have a table which contains data at a week level with week as a column (values are wk1, wk2, wk3 and so on…) where I create multiple metrics using calc fields- I need to add an additional column where I get WoW meric of last two weeks alone in my view as table. Any guidance on this feasibility would be helpful
