Hi Team - Is there a new limit CSV exports to 10K rows? Did anything change over the last weekend? was working just fine until last week. I was able to download more than 10K rows. However, it is now not allowing users to download more than 10K rows. Can someone help?
Hi @jorgmaz
Welcome to the Quick community!
As per the official documentation, the default CSV export limit is 1 million rows or 500 MB, whichever comes first.
Could you please verify whether any filters, visual-level display limits on the table visual may be restricting the number of rows? The export only includes rows currently visible in the visualization.
Hello, our team is also seeing this same issue. It also appears others are as well as the issue is brought up on Sage. https://sage.amazon.dev/questions/2061911?t=7
CSV appears to have a limitation of 10K rows right now. Please advise.
Also seeing this bug as well. Started today, previously could download more than 10k
Also seeing this bug, started from 6/16.
I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
