No error message but 100% rows skipped

hi,

I have a query which run 100%success in athena or even in showing stage in quicksight (it has 5000+ rows; I just showed one row as an example here to prove no issues with query) attached. however, in quicksight dashboard, it shows 100% skipped rows. no valid reasons (screenshot t1)
any reasons? or how to resolve this?


one more info: it sounds there is a previous failure. but all are 100 %skipp rows

When you click the status link in the refresh history, you should get an error details pop up with option to download the error file. This file should give you details on why the records were rejected.

If the above suggestion doesn’t help, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
