We have a dataset scheduled for hourly refresh and we noticed some rows were skipped on every refresh. When I tried to ‘Download Error Rows file’, it is disabled.
I observed it is happening for only this particular dataset. Trying to find out the reason ?
FYI: This dataset is a join of three different Data sources (Oracle, PostgreSQL, CSV file)
I would recommend creating a support ticket. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
