Hi guys, I am facing a very strange issue. I choose a dataset and clck “use in analysis”. Then I click “add” and choose “calculated field”. But when I enter the name of the field I want to create, I just can’t insert the formula. I click on the editor but I am not able to type anything! What could be possibly go wrong with this? I guess RLS has nothing to do with it.

I would suggest opening up a support case.
Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
