At the moment, when we set up a user or reset a user’s password, Quicksight automatically sends an email. Ideally, we need to customise the email to include specific instructions and contact details. Is this possible?

Thanks for the reply. I suspected that would be the case. I probably could write something to do it, I’ll look into your suggestion, otherwise, we will have to use a follow-up email.
