Pixel Perfect Reports - PDF vs CSV exports

When scheduling emails to team members with pixel perfect reports, if we send a PDF and a CSV of the same report, does that count as 2 separate reports in our monthly report limit or as 1 report?

Are you saying in the same schedule you want to send a PDF and CSV?

Interesting question! Since the scheduling provides you option to deliver Excel, PDF and CSV all at once I would assume it would count as 1.

But, there are many nuances to how the reporting unit is counted in Pixel-Perfect reporting. So I would recommend a small test to confirm the same or asking AWS directly.

You can use the Billing and Cost Management dashboard’s cost explorer to see the reporting units counted. It is not going to give you the count by report. So you may need to depend on delta created in the reporting units from your regular daily count.

Re-thinking… since the delivery mechanism as delivered and the content delivered could differ, I think it may count as 2.

But a test and/or confirmation with AWS would be your best choice to confirm.
