A couple days ago I lost my access for the Roles Management Dashboard . Every time I go to different tab a have this message:
“You can’t access this visual because the data is restricted. Contact the dataset owner to update the role-level security rules.”
I have been looking info about dataset but I cant find anything. Could somebody help me please?

First of all Welcome to the QuickSight Community.
You may need to contact your QuickSight account Admin to help you here to find the owner/Author of the data set and grant the permission accordingly.
