I can’t access visuals because I the data is restricted. I am supposed to contact the data set owner to update row level security. I have no idea what this means. I am not a developer or in IT at all. I use this to view Whole Foods Market sales data and it’s been working for several months until I got this message today. I’ve reviewed FAQs and other people’s questions and can’t seem to find this simple issue and a fix. Most stuff I’ve read is over my head. Any guidance on how I can proceed would be greatly appreciated.

who is creating the analysis/dashboards? I guess you need to find that person first.

First of all, welcome to the QuickSight community!
It’s very simple,
First Step: You need to contact the owner of the dashboard so they can share it with you.
Second Step: After the dashboard is shared with you, if you still get this error, you should be added to the appropriate group to gain access to the dashboard.
Note: Please contact your QuickSight Admin to request access to the dashboard, analysis, and datasets.
