When you say you are receiving a ‘404’ when trying to create a chat agent, are you referring to an error you are receiving? I have not received this error before but upon some research this error could be from potentially not having access to create custom agents in Quick. Check that out and if you are receiving an error when trying to create a chat agent, then I would recommend submitting a support ticket.
