Quick Suite Agent no longer working in my Slack Channel thread

My Quick Suite chat agent is no longer responding in my Slack Channel threads where it was working earlier.

Are you receiving any type of error response or is it simply not responding?
Have you confirmed if the connection (Slack integration) within Quick Suite is still active for your account?
