Quick Suite Dashboard Access Issue - Unable to Sign In

Issue Description:
A user is unable to access any Quick Suite dashboards due to persistent sign-in errors.

Error Message:
“Amazon Web Services Sign In: There was a problem with your session. To start a new session, click the link provided by your administrator. [here comes a sing in link ], To logout, click here.”

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  1. Confirmed issue with specific user login credentials

  2. Cleared browser cookies

  3. Tested on multiple browsers

  4. Attempted logout function (resulted in Error 400)

  5. Shared credentials through ant group and individually

Current Status:

  • Issue persists across all attempted solutions

  • Clicking “To logout” button generates Error 400

Please try again clearing your browser cookies/cache or try browser private/incognito mode or maybe a different computer. If that does not work, here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
