Quicksight Mobile Apps Filter not Working

I am using Quicksight Mobile App, my device android,
i am facing issue dashboard data is loaded but filter is not loaded, its show empty
data filter also not working

Try updating the Quick Suite Mobile app to the latest version via Play Store and clear app cache/data through Android settings and try it.

I’m still facing the same issue. If it was a cache problem, at least the date filter should work, but currently even the date filter is not working.

Same issue in ios device also

I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
