Hi @igfasouza
could you share a screenshot shot of the visuals data fields and properties?
BR
The group colour has 3 options.
the ones that we can see in the label
If I change range to “auto (starting at 0)” is show as normal, all 3 colours, but the Y axis creates a gap on the top
What do you mean by “gap on the top”?
once I use range to “auto (starting at 0)” I don’t have the problem but the Y axis is showing 300 and should stop at 200 as there are no data > 200
once I change to auto (base on data range) the Y axis is showing correct, but the values are not displayed correctly
You can easily reproduce this
Hi @igfasouza,
With cumulative representations like stacked bar chart, it really makes sense to use the Auto (starting from 0) option as that will ensure that each category slice is truly proportional to it’s value.
That being said, the issue you ran into seems to be a bug.
I have submitted a trouble ticket for the same.
If you want to track this issue, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support. You can reference the ticket I created in there - Internal ticket link. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!”
I’m archiving this post now.
