Reports emailing without Quickisght Access to external users

Hi All,

I need to regularly send reports to multiple vendors individually through scheduled emails, but they don’t have access to QuickSight or an AWS subscription. Is there a way to share these reports with them individually in Excel or PDF format without requiring QuickSight access?

Hi,
By using Paginated Reports you have the option to use the new Snapshot Export APIs to generate content (PDF, Excel or CSV), store the generated content in your S3 bucket and then from there share to your end recipients.
