Has Quick Suite removed support for S3? It no longer appears in the list of data sources. I don’t even see Athena as an option. If I try to edit my existing S3 data sources, nothing happens.
Hello @Jesse_Barnum
I still see them from my side.
Also I want you to check if these are enabled from AWS Resources (in Manage Quick → AWS Resources → Check Athena and S3)
Thank you,
Shravya
Thanks for your reply @Shravya. I do have these boxes checked, but I also notice a red error message in the corner that disappears after a few seconds: “Unable to fetch Q Business application(s) for US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), EU (Ireland), Asia Pacific (Sydney). Please try again”
@Jesse_Barnum - that’s interesting. I would recommend raising a support request for this because they can look into the Quick suite and help if any settings are missing or any kind of insights.
Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
Thank you,
Shravya
