Scheduled flow missing "Run with no confirmation" option - AmazonBI account issue

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to set up a scheduled flow to run every morning, but I’m running into an issue where it keeps requiring manual confirmation at each step. This defeats the purpose of having it run automatically on a schedule.

I noticed that other users have the “Run with no confirmation” option available when setting up their schedules, but this option doesn’t appear for me. I’m currently logged in with an AmazonBI account.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a workaround or a way to enable automatic execution without manual confirmation for AmazonBI accounts?

From my experiencing, even with the ‘run with no confirmation’ turned on, it may still require the manual confirmation before moving on or administering a particular action. I believe I overheard in a past user webinar series that they stated they may be in the works on reducing the number of approvals required.

To check if you are able to select the ‘run with no confirmation’, you will do that by creating a schedule for your flow. The schedule pop up box should look like this when you get to that part:

Try it out. If this page does not show up, then either the action you incorporated does not have this option or something else behind the scenes might not be working. In that case, I would recommend submitting a support ticket and the support team will be able to further investigate your case.
