Setting Date Time Parameter in QuickSight - 12:00:00 AM - 11:59:59 PM

Hi Community Members,

Is there a way to set a date time parameter in Amazon QuickSight to filter data from 12:00 AM to 11:59:59 PM? Any guidance or tips on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated!

When someone uses the dashboard, it will display data for the entire day automatically.

Hi @Biswajit_1993 ,

For a date filter control (not parameterized also), we can format the field to accept timestamp. and if we select do not include end date and select the time granularity as seconds, i think we can achieve this.

But in the control it will show and 00:00:00 of the next date only. There is currently no way we can set seconds field of the default date value in a parameter.
