Sort Problem On Table

I created pivot table in visualization on quick sight.
The rows sorted by field that call ‘sort’- descending

The issue is ,that the table does not sorting correct

(it should sort it descending but the order is not descending )
do you know why it can happened?
on the other dates the field is null, so it should sort by the last day.

I believe the format is text and that is why it is not able to sort it as expected. Is it possible to change the format to 12.35% ( like below screenshot) and see the result.

It’s been awhile since last communication took place on this thread, were you able to find a work around for this case or are you still encountering the same issue?

When you add fields to your column section, it’s going to start affecting the sorting as it can’t separate rows based on the column sections. If you’d like to just focus on a specific date for the ranking, I would suggest building a calculated field that ranks aggregated by your most recent date.
