How do I sort a pivot table in the dashboard?

Hi All,

How Can I sort a pivot table in a certain order? Suppose I want to sort it by the field highlighted?
I’ve tried to sort all fields individually by PV Titles Complete descending order, similarly as shown for Country Code.

Hello @Tanisha_Shetty !

Are you trying to get the rows that have the values 90 and 125 at the bottom of your table?

Pivot Tables in Quicksight have multiple ways and combinations of sorting. Are you sorting on any other columns of your table?

Just want to confirm the graph shows the result after you selected the sort order highlighted. It appears that the PV Titles-Complete value are NOT sorted as specified.

Hi both, thanks for replying. I confirm the above issue is fixed now. I had to apply sort on the Vendor field ONLY and leave the remaining fields as is. This table by default has multiple default sorting orders set on it.
