The dashboard I posted has inexplicably disappeared, and I’m certain I didn’t delete it. What could be the reason? How can I find out who deleted my dashboard? Is it possible to recover it

Welcome to Quick Suite Community!
If you are an Admin in Quick Suite, then you can do a quick check under
Manage Quick Suite → Manage Assets → Dashboards
Search for your dashboard and check whether it is present or not. If present feel free ot share it with your username.
It is possible that your access to the dashboard was revoked.
In case dashboard is not present under Manage Assets, another method to check deletion is to check your Cloud Trail API logs and look for
Event : DeleteDashboard
Event source: quicksight.amazonaws.com
This will give you the user details as well on who performed this Deletion. If deleted, you will not be able to recover it, however if you have the underlying analysis present then you can re-publish it.
