The PNG file always fail to appear on dashboard even after update the URL no. of time? is this issue is faced by everyone?

Thanks for circling back @Hemant_rangdal. For some reason part of the message from the screenshot from your original post is cut off. “An author must configure the settings for this visual in the…” Can you tell us what the end of that message says?
