I tested this on my side and I’m seeing similar behavior. Instead of scrolling to a specific point on your table I would recommend filtering to the data you want to see and then printing. You can also export the tables as excel and CSVs. For the two line headers, I would make sure that the headers have enough height. This was not an issue that I was able to recreate.
