Time zone settings have no effect on analysis

I created a date field in the dataset that reflects the time zone of another region, as it is giving a conflict when displaying the current day’s data.

To solve, the user needs to open the date control and select the current day again, because after 22:00 the date changes.

Apparently in the dataset the data is being converted correctly, but when using it in the analysis it is having no effect.

Are there any other settings I should consider?

I found that it was because of the server time.

Do you know if there is any way to handle this?
