Hi @igfasouza,
Currently, there is no option in QuickSight to adjust the size of your tooltip box, therefore there is no way to stop the tooltip from cutting off your text if too long.
The best work around for this scenario would be to edit your field title in the tooltip section so that it’s shorter and more precise to the data it’s providing. You can do this by opening the ‘format visual’ option, switch over to the ‘Interactions’ section at the top. Under the tooltip section (make sure that the type is switched over to ‘detailed tooltip’), then select the ellipses for a field and hit ‘Edit’ (see below).
The data labels section of a visual is utilized for what data shows up on the actual visual, not within the tooltip.
In regards to your question about a ‘jump line’. I’m not quite sure what’s happening there as the text is blocked out. Is the second line overflow from the first text line or is it another field?
Hi @igfasouza,
Since we haven’t heard back, I’ll go ahead and close out this topic. However, if you have any additional questions, feel free to create a new post in the community.
