Tracking Download / Print Actions in QuickSight

Hi -

I want to measure how many times a dashboard is printed or downloaded. Similarly how I can track how many users view a dashboard using Cloud Trail Logs, i would want to see if that can be enabled. It will help us measure a few initiatives that we are deploying for our users.

I don’t see anything like that in the eventname in the logs. Was expecting something like DownloadDashboard or PrintDashboard.

Currently, there is no built-in option in Quick to directly track DownloadDashboard or PrintDashboard actions. I have tagged this as a feature request to promote visibility to the support team!

However, you can create an admin dashboard to monitor usage by leveraging CloudTrail logs. This allows tracking of dashboard access and other events, although explicit download or print actions are not separately logged.

Thanks. We are already tracking dashboard usage, just wanted to see if the Download/Print tracking was available.
