Hello,
I am unable to access QS account GRC-report-quicksight-prod with error message “Your request included an invalid SAML response” although the team has given me access that had worked before.
I tried different browsers (edge, chrome, firefox) and still cannot access the account.

Since you mentioned it worked before and you’ve already ruled out browser issues, I’d suggest:

Contacting your IT department internally. Ask if anything changed recently with the SAML federation config, certificates, or the IAM role trust policy.

Open an AWS Support ticket. If your IT team confirms nothing changed on their end, AWS Support can provide more details on their side. Here’s the link to open one: Support Ticket.
