Unable to access QS account "Your request included an invalid SAML response"

Hello,

I am unable to access QS account GRC-report-quicksight-prod with error message “Your request included an invalid SAML response” although the team has given me access that had worked before.

I tried different browsers (edge, chrome, firefox) and still cannot access the account.

Since you mentioned it worked before and you’ve already ruled out browser issues, I’d suggest:

  • Contacting your IT department internally. Ask if anything changed recently with the SAML federation config, certificates, or the IAM role trust policy.

  • Open an AWS Support ticket. If your IT team confirms nothing changed on their end, AWS Support can provide more details on their side. Here’s the link to open one: Support Ticket.
