I was trying to create an AI agent which is connected with slack. I am able to find channels and users alright but I can’t find the proper user group even though I can tag them properly in slack. AQS can not find the group when I give them the tag.

That is definitely interesting behavior that you are encountering. If possible could you send a screenshot (without personal info) of the AQS behavior that is not populating the right user group? Just want to see it in case as it might help me to better find a solution.

I retested it today, and it looks it was able to find the group, it seems it was able to find it as <subteam!XXXXX> with the group ID. Perhaps it may have just been an issue with long conversation
