While other viewers can see the visuals as intended
I’ve tried opening dashboards created by me and by others with geospatial data in it and the visuals are not rendered in any case.
Would anyone know how to fix this issue?
I assume its the dashboard that is published with the analysis that you have shared and still facing the issue.
Could you please try on another browser and see if it makes any difference. If yes, try cleaning the cache /cookies in your issued browser and see if it helps.
If the issue still persist then reach out to AWS customer support.

First of all Welcome to the QuickSight Community.
Follow these simple steps, just click on the highlighted reset button below and check whether the map is loading. In my experience, I’ve faced this issue multiple times, and clicking the reset button has provided the solution.
If you still can’t find a solution after this, please raise an AWS ticket, as highlighted by @Deep.
Please click on the dashboard reset button as highlighted in cross sign.

Seems like a cache issue. I cleared it 2 days ago and it fixed the issue.
But fast forward to today and it’s back to same unrendered state.
