What do you mean by unable to select, when you click on ‘actual’ does the radio button just stay on 'comparison’? Or are you referring to the visual having no change when you switch between actual and comparison?
If it’s the second, that there’s no change in visual’s value when switching between actual or comparison, make sure you’ve added a field to the ‘target value’ section as that is required for there to be a comparison. Otherwise, you’ll just get the same outcome in your visual without it.

As you can see, I am unable to select “Actual” under the “Value Displayed” section. I have set both the “value” and “target value,” but I cannot change this using the radio button.

Apologies, it’s a bit hard to tell from a picture if you can or can not click on something. If the issue is that you’re unable to click on another option within a radio button that’s part of the UI, it’s may be a bug so I would suggest creating a support ticket

The bug regarding the ability to assign a custom hex code has been fixed, you should be able to type within the hex code box to assign color now.
