Updating data should auto update analysis?

I have currently created a analysis using file:
{
“fileLocations”: [{
“URIPrefixes”: [
“s3://bucketName/folderA/folderB/”
]
}],
“globalUploadSettings”: {
“format”: “CSV”
}
}
As and when the data in folderB gets updated and more files are created,how do I ensure the latest data is only present?
