One of my colleagues can not login. With the error message:
‘We couldn’t verify your sign in credentials. Please try again.’
We have tried resetting her password and deleting her account and re adding it.

try in Cognito mode and also check if the account name is correct.
For anyone else with this problem I found that the email addresses were case sensitive which caused me a few login issues.
