I have a user that has been using quicksight for a while. All of a sudden when they try to login they get an error “Invalid Account Name”. Nothing changed in our permissions and other users still don’t have a problem accessing quicksight. I checked the ‘list-users’ command in the account and this user is listed there and is active. I also tried resetting her password, and while she was able to reset the password, she was still unable to login and received the same error. She tried on multiple browser and still had the same thing. Any other suggestions that can help us out here?

They are probably getting the account name and their username mixed up. Those are not the same thing. The error message is referring to the name of your AWS account.
They need to enter 3 pieces of information to log in:
- Account name
- Username or email address
- Password

First of all, it is always recommended to log in through the AWS console.
Alternatively, as mentioned by @David_Wong, you can enter the required details, and you will be able to log in.
