It looks like we can use only the “user pricing plan” or the “capacity pricing” within one account.
So we can not create dashboards which are shared to non-users via the capacity pricing and at the same time dashboards which are shared to known users (employees and customers) - is that correct?
If we need both, is it the just possible to have 2 accounts in the same region where one is user based and the other account based?
Or is there another best practice to have the user pricing plan but being able to share dashboards with non-users anyway?
Sharing the dashboards has nothing to do with capacity or user based pricing. you (author/admin) should be able to share it to the desired recipient ( user/Group)
Single account can either have User based or capacity based pricing not both.
User based- reader fixed 3$ /m
capacity - for 250$/m you get 500 sessions. a single sessions is 30 minutes period.
This Sessions are shared amongst the user that consumes the dashboards etc.
you may have 2 accounts one with user based and another with capacity but you ended up managing two accounts + additional cost .
