From the manage Quick Sight tab, manage users, you should be able to see invite users. If you can’t, follow steps from the link below.

Missing Invite User button

We have the Quicksight Standard edition and want to invite a user to access the dashboard. There is no Invite button on the Manage Users page and when I try and add a QUICKSIGHT type user via the CLI aws quicksight register-user --identity-type QUICKSIGHT --email xxx --user-role AUTHOR --user-name xxx --namespace default --aws-account-id xxx I get an AccessDeniedException.
