Users unable to view data

Users with viewing permissions are only able to view 1 seller data in the dashboard whereas I (owner) am able to view all the data and it is getting refreshed without any issue.
What could be issue here?

Can you confirm it’s the same dataset?

Is there any RLS security applied?

Is there a filter on the dashboard that is limiting the view?

dataset is same with no RLS security applied. No filters applied as well. Everything was working until yesterday but suddenly viewers can only see limited information

Hmm I would suggest opening up a case with AWS.

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
