Wrong scaling of reference lines

Hi,

I have the issue that in some diagrams, reference lines are scaled differently than the axis. Any ideas how to solve that?

Are you using a constant or calculated line to handle this? Could you please share the setup/formatting information for this line, like below:

Does this visual have 2 fields being used as an y-axis value that may be creating 2 y-axes?

thanks for your answer! The line is actually static. The Y-Axis consists of one field. The field is not a calculated field.

Apologies for missing your last response; if this is one field that’s static and not using any type of calculation; I feel like this may be a bug of some type. I would suggest creating a support ticket to report this issue to the support team.
