I am using alerts that “Notify as quickly as possible” and I get an email saying the alert has been disabled around the time that my QuickSight SPICE data set that feeds the Dashboard refreshes (hourly). I see this was solved in another post and am looking for similar help.

Looking over the past topic that you linked, it looks like the outcome may have been a bug within the system. For that, I would suggest creating a support ticket so that you can get more direct help from the AWS support team.

Hey @Brett, sorry for the delay. I was able to get this resolved. The root cause did appear to be a bug. Moving the calculated field that drove the alert to the dataset layer instead of the analysis layer ended up making the alert work, for those that also stumble
