Alert not working

Hi,

I have created alerts in a dashboard but they didn’t work.
I have a flag and when it is above 0 I should receive an email.

At the same time to a coleague of mine received this alert correctly.
What could be the issue?
I can’t find anything.

If you check the alert history, can you find any relevant entries?

Also , please note that when you create an alert, the alert takes on any filters applied to the visual at that time [1].

The alert may not be triggering because the dashboard filter settings were changed after the alert was created, causing the alert to still operate based on the original filter configuration that doesn’t reflect the current data view where your flag exceeds 0.
